Workshops, Masterclasses and Webinars
Achmea has been working with In Touch for years now. They help us in a very professional way to increase the number of women on more influential positions and to develop a more inclusive business culture. Elisa facilitates several workshops for our senior management. She understands our business, the audience and she is very flexible. She continuously adapts the program using all new research and that makes it so valuable. Her knowledge on gender diversity and how our brains work that leads to gender bias is highly valued!
During this session we explored the archetypical gods and goddesses and although I was a little sceptical in the beginning I found it extremely practical and useful. I also valued the humor and used a few tips right away.
This workshop is very inspiring and practical. Drawing my field of influence was a real eye-opener and I will also use the levels of power more consciously.
Monic Bührs and Elisa de Groot facilitated a few of our Oracle Women Leadership events. In a very interactive manner they shared the unwritten rules from their bestseller ‘Stratego for women” with us. Female participants became aware of their field of influence. This workshop was held in both The Netherlands as in Belgium. Later on they facilitated a workshop about the levels of power for both men and women. They taught us about the five different levels of power and how to use these as personal leadership skills.
Julia, thank you so much for your extremely valuable contribution to celebrate 100 years of women’s suffrage here in our beautiful Arnhem. With concrete facts and personal experiences, very strong and sometimes vulnerable, you influenced your audience till the end. They wanted to hear more and more from you and that it would never end!
Perfect evening with Julia Wouters in ‘de Rode Hoed’ in Amsterdam. Interesting, to the point, no complaining, vulnerable, funny. Great job!
During ‘100 years but not ready yet’ Julia Wouters moderated in a very energizing and interactive way this debate. By sharing many examples, pictures and stories she let us see and feel how men and women interact with each other and how biased both men and women are. This led to a lively discussion on how to continuously be aware and challenge our biases.
Great examples to challenge and gain insight the different ways of thinking.
Erg interessant, het zijn stukjes van de puzzel
I really enjoyed it, kept going through my mind days afterwards
The ladies of In Touch are great speakers, with relevant content
Guest speakers @ keynotes
Elisa de Groot led a workshop on leadership style preferences for our Amex female employee network, which she based on findings from her well-known management book ‘Stratego voor vrouwen’ and the associated masterclass. I found Elisa to be highly impactful in making leaders of today and tomorrow (men and women) aware of their preferred leadership style as well as their perceptions preventing them from realizing their full potential. Elisa is analytical and strategic in mindset, as well as someone who can make a direct connection with people from all walks of life, and a great facilitator in group settings. I highly recommend Elisa as business partner in helping an organization shape its talent and diversity agenda
Career & Leadership coaching
I learnt a lot from Elisa’s coaching. She gives practical tips you can use directly at work. I made me understand how important it is to give a strong statement. That you need to think about how the game is played and how to join the game. I really recommend Elisa as a valuable and experienced coach.
Monic is an excellent coach. She was my coach during the Masterclass Stratego for women but we continued coaching afterwards. She comes to the point quickly, dares to challenge you and helps you develop yourself effectively.
Julia can read between the lines and point out quickly what the issues are. She has a direct and positive approach and shows who you are and how you can really mean something for others but specially for yourself. She gives you advice you will never forget. It actually works like a dominos, it just needs one domino to give a ongoing positive effect. What a wise woman.
