Monic Bührs (1962) pursued her studies in the field of energy technology. She started out in a technical staff position, later developing further on the commercial and financial side. Her continued education included a bachelor’s degree in economics, majoring in business studies, and a financial controller training. She subsequently held the positions of controller, financial manager, and business development consultant.
Elisa de Groot (1963) has completed bachelor’s studies in labour market politics and employment policy, plus the studies for master of change management. Following several financial and administrative positions, she then entered the field of Human Resource Management. She subsequently became an Organisation and Information Consultant. In the energy sector she has supervised complex change processes in the areas of decentralisation, mergers and preparation for the liberalisation of the energy market.
