Business issue
Business opportunity
The In Touch approach is based on the vision that gender diversity is a business issue. Research indicates more and more that competitive and economic advantage is gained by organisations that consciously deploy the qualities of women and men. A varied composition is the source of innovative power. The complementary perspectives of women and men lead to better decision-making, and there is a more natural balance between cooperation and competition, work and private, interpersonal relationships and the focus on results. Moreover, the decision-makers among clients are increasingly women. So it is in your company’s interest to ensure that sufficient women are employed, also in the top positions. This will help your organisation to better understand the wishes of the market, so you can offer the products and services that will succeed.
Ethics
In addition to the business aspect, In Touch attaches great importance to ethical practices. The relationship with clients and candidates, and the information they share with us, is all treated with utmost confidentiality.
Doing what suits you best
It’s our belief that people obtain positive energy by doing things that make them enthusiastic, that they enjoy and do well, and that suit their personality. Work then becomes a natural part of your life.
Giving is a privilege
Unfortunately, not everyone is lucky enough to be able to ‘live this vision’. In Touch therefore donates 1% of its annual income to worthy causes. Until now it has been our privilege to give to:
- Cliniclowns
- De Regenboog Foundation (sponsoring of rainbow crystals for children with severe illness)
- Welzijn Gehandicapten Foundation (sponsoring of visit to EuroDisney for the intellectually handicapped)
- Goodwill Media (sponsoring of puzzle and colouring book for children's medical day care centres)
- Warchild
- Plan
- Terre des Hommes
- Good Bears (donation of bears to Red Cross Hospital, Beverwijk)
- De Vijfhoek, Heiloo (four paintings sponsored, inspired by drawings of ‘residents’ of De Vijfhoek)
- SOS third world orphanages
- World vision
