In Touch women resource management

Since 1997, In Touch women resource management has been specialised in executive search among highly-educated women for executive, management and staff positions. We provide female candidates for permanent and interim positions.

We also offer personal guidance to women in their professional development, in the form of coaching and leadership programmes. Among the in-company workshops we organise are the unique  'Stratego for women' and 'Profiling and presence'. The female development program targets the personal and professional development of female managers and executives.

We provide organisations with consultancy in the areas of women’s career development, diversity management and team performance. Consultancy and studies in these areas are aimed at achieving ‘inclusiveness’: the identification, appreciation and strategic application of diversity.
