In 2004 Catalyst, the US-based knowledge centre in the field of gender diversity published ‘The Bottom Line’, a study into the correlation between the financial performance of companies and the number of women among their top officers. Those organisations with the greatest female representation among their executive officers yielded a better financial performance than those with the fewest women in the top jobs. This was true for two important measures: the return on equity was 35.1% higher, and the total return to shareholders was 34% higher.

Recruitment

In Touch recruits women for executive, management and staff positions in a wide range of professions. We select our candidates on knowledge and experience, but we also investigate what they find inspiring and challenging. The context in which people work is of great importance to In Touch. For this reason we always start by building the most complete possible picture of the position and your organisation. The resulting profile serves to guide the selection process. We conduct the introductory selection interview, and present you with no more than three candidates. You decide who you wish to meet.
We carry out recruitment assignments for positions with a gross annual salary starting from 65k euro.
Interim Management
In Touch provides female candidates for interim positions at executive or management level.
Our interim managers occupy a vacant position for a fixed period. They carry out reorganisations in times of crisis, contribute to the development and implementation of change processes, or act in the role of a manager who temporarily 'minds the shop'.
The interim manager will have regularly contact with In Touch while carrying out the assignment. We act as her sparring partner and coach, and we provide her with specific advice.
