Coaching

As a manager or professional you often have no time to pause and look around you. For continued personal and professional development, from time to time it is worthwhile to reflect on your work situation, the best career steps, the balance between work and life, gender issues or the effectiveness of the way you usually tackle matters. Sometimes there can also be concrete reasons for taking time to reflect, such as termination of employment or a work conflict.

Our coaches are professional sparring partners who can contribute ideas, look at a situation in new ways, and hold up a mirror to you. You learn to look at yourself, get in contact with who you are, get a more real view of what’s there, what you struggle with, and what you can do to change things.

Our coaching interviews aim to enable women to exploit their strengths, to seek inspiration, and to accomplish their goals. We work to achieve solutions, and our motto is: 'if it works, do it more'.

Coaching dinner

It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in one of our coaching dinners.

What could be more pleasant than fine food and good conversation? Simply sharing your questions and thoughts with another woman who frankly and openly listens, asks questions and suggests ideas, giving you a new view of your coaching issue, and helping you see alternatives.

In a monumental 18th-century villa in the heart of the country, you will be greeted with a cocktail between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. We then go to the dining room, and the coaching issues are put to the group. After dinner we share the results of the coaching discussions with one another. The evening concludes at about 10:00 p.m., and you return home with a new perspective.

Participants in the dinners are women who hold an executive, management or staff position, or who are self-employed as interim manager, consultant or coach. The coaching dinner is a pleasant and relaxed way of coaching, and it potentially enables you to expand your network with fine, inspiring and interesting women. The women participating in this dinner have an annual salary of €90k or more.

A coaching dinner specially for self-employed women was organised in September 2003. The subject was “new business and networking”. The evening resulted in participants exchanging best practises with each other. An impression.
